This open space spans through the entire footprint of the house, on the top floor, an area of approximately 1,400 sq. feet. It has a wood-burning fireplace, exposed beam cathedral ceilings soaring to a height of over twenty feet and new parquet flooring. Besides the windows at the two ends of the space there are skylights as well, which flood the space with light throughout the day. The front windows have a sweeping view of Mount Morris Park while the windows in the back look into neighboring private gardens and the landmark facades of the brick and brown stone buildings of the street. The space is divided in different areas by floor partitions and screens and contains the owners’ extensive library of several thousand books. There is a king-size Duxiana bed, and three single pillow top beds. Desk, tables, chairs and armchairs, armoires, a large plasma television and dvd player are some of the room’s furnishings. There is a private kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, stove and many more appliances as well as an adjoining dinning area that can sit 10 persons comfortably. The walls are hung with original art and the floors are covered with rich oriental rugs. The bathroom has all white with white marble floor, white tiles with marble trimming on the walls and mirrors all around. A private telephone line, high-speed Internet service, iron and iron board are some of the suites amenities while our professional staff can meet any special requests. Its front windows overlook the park across from the house and its back windows look into the gardens of the neighboring houses. It can accommodate four, maximum five or six guests comfortably.
