Loft

A loft is a distinct Manhattan open-floor-type space. Our loft spans the entire footprint of the house, on the top floor. It has a king size pillow-top bed and two single pillow-top beds. There is a kitchen, fully equipped, a marble bathroom, a dining area that sits six persons comfortably, a sitting area with sofas and chairs, fireplace, original art on the walls, exposed beam cathedral ceilings, writing desk, large flat screen television, WiFi. Its front windows overlook Mount Morris Park and its back windows look into the gardens of the neighboring houses. It can accommodated four, maximum six guests comfortably.

$295-$375 for one or two guests and $25-$50 for each additional person.
